Rachel Burgess is a visual artist based in New York City. Originally from Brookline, MA, she received a B.A. from Yale University and an M.F.A. from the School of Visual Arts. Her work has been featured in Hyperallergic, Art New England and the New York Times, and supported by residencies at the Tides Institute & Museum of Art, Zea Mays Printmaking and Acadia National Park. Recent exhibitions include the Eleanor D. Wilson Museum, SPRING/BREAK Art Show, Ortega y Gasset Projects and the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art.
